Autoship Cloud with Qpilot
Barilife.com was running WooCommerce subscriptions on its previous website. The bariatric wellness company really wanted to offer a more flexible experience for its customers, including the ability to order products on intervals and making it easier to add to, pause, or adjust shipment frequency at any time. Regular WooCommerce Subscriptions doesn’t make that easy. To create the kind of system Bari Life wanted, FirstTracks implemented Autoship Cloud, which is a third party solution powered by Qpilot. This approach allows ANY product on the site to be made available for an autoship schedule that you choose. This setup also gives the end user complete control over manipulating those schedules and their contents anytime without having to go through the checkout process like you do with subscriptions. Plus there is an excellent API we are able to leverage that now sends valuable data regarding these active schedules into Bari Life’s Klaviyo email automation tool. Klaviyo email automation has opened up all kinds of new communication opportunities with Bari Life’s most loyal customers.
Converting from Infusionsoft to Klaviyo
Back in 2018, Barilife was heavily embedded with Infusionsoft for all its email marketing and automation. We quickly discovered that the integration tools for Infusionsoft with WooCommerce were severely lacking. After we rebuilt the Bari Life website, we also switched over to Klaviyo. The shift from Infusionsoft to Klaviyo meant vastly improved data tracking and integration with WooCommerce. Now we are able to run ongoing nurturing email automation sequences as well as manage the abandoned cart and accurately track all sales attributed to each campaign activity accurately. Being able to do all of this from one singular place has revealed many new campaign and segmentation opportunities and is now accounting for roughly 25% of all of the sales happening on the Bari Life website this year.
Fresh, New, and Fast Responsive Website Design
Bari Life originally converted from Magento to WooCommerce in late 2017 when the wellness company first engaged our team for help with some clean up on its freshly migrated website. After working with the site for all of 2018 and half of 2019, it became clear that it would be necessary to build and implement a new WordPress theme site in order to increase sales and traffic growth. The primary goals for the redesign were to make the site easier to work with day to day, quicker to load, easier to support, and convert more revenue.
The FirstTracks team got to work planning, designing, building, and implementing a whole new theme framework for the Bari Life website. This new design features a much lighter, sleeker, and professional tone. Since launching in January 2020, the results have been fantastic. Overall website sales are up 20% year over year. Mobile device conversion rates are up 60%, which has lead to an increase in revenue from mobile of just over 50%.
Another Happy Client!
“Before we started working with FirstTracks Marketing we had a developer, an agency for creative work, an agency for SEO/paid advertising, an agency for email…etc. It was hectic, disorganized, and not efficient for our business.
By bringing in FirstTracks Marketing as our fully integrated partner, every aspect of our marketing efforts from web development to email marketing, we get better results faster.
It’s hard to imagine doing this any other way with any other partner!”
