Complete WordPress Website Redesign
Dejana approached us looking to first implement WooCommerce on their current WordPress website platform. After spending some time meeting with them and learning more about their business and future goals it was decided that a full site redesign was needed to accomplish their goals. We helped them to review and assess all their current site content and reimplemented all of their product offerings through much easier to build and manage custom post types. This provided a lot more efficiency in creating the deep archive offerings of product as well as related product offerings that was a fully manual process for them prior to our system enhancements.
WooCommerce eCommerce Integration
Now Dejana is able to sell clearance product direct online which is a great way they can now deal with overstocked items or discontinued parts that people who have vans and trucks that want replacement pieces for their vehicles. The second phase of this integration was a seamless API integration between their WooCommerce store and one of their primary van customization partners Ranger. This will allows Dejana to display and sell Ranger products directly on the Dejana website from the Ranger WooCommerce store. Then when Ranger products are ordered the API send those Ranger product orders directly into their WooCommerce shop for fulfillment and then back to Dejana when completed.

Improving the Mobile Experience
Since the site launched back in September of 2017 their overall traffic growth has been on the rise by about 8% but the mobile traffic is where the most growth has been happening. Mobile traffic for Dejana in the past year has been up 17% a huge difference when you compare that to a decrease in tablet of 3% and only 4% growth on desktop devices. It’s great to see all the effort that went into making the new site mobile friendly has really been paying off for Dejana.
