More new websites from the FirstTracks Marketing team!
So long 2019, hello 2020!
Happy new year from the team at FirstTracks Marketing. Closing out 2019 proved to be a very busy time indeed for our crew. In addition to running and managing some killer holiday marketing campaigns for our clients we also managed to launch three more websites down the stretch as well. I wanted to take a moment to share a quick note about each of these new sites, they all came out great and feature some great design and functionality.
csONE Benefit Solutions
csONE Benefit Solutions, a Concord NH based general agency and enrollment firm was looking for a complete website system overhaul. Their previous website was built on a proprietary platform that was managed by a 3rd party provider. It would cost them an arm and a leg just to make simple text and image edits to the site, not to mention that it would take weeks to get the edits done. It was time for csONE Benefit Solutions to take control of their online real estate so that they could use it more of an active marketing tool and less of a one dimensional brochure. Our team designed and developed a brand new WordPress Website that not only looks outstanding but provides total control and flexibility for the team at csONE Benefit Solutions to use going forward. No more paying developers for editing or adjusting anything on the website, they now have complete control over everything on their website. We are excited to continue to support their online efforts going forward and can’t wait to see what they create with the new platform setup.
New Hampshire Business Finance Authority
The New Hampshire Business Finance Authority was created in 1992 to foster economic development and create employment in New Hampshire. We were excited to be selected to help this Concord NH business redesign and rebuild their website presence using WordPress. The previous website was a SquareSpace website that didn’t feature the flexibility or technical horsepower and flexibility their team was looking for. The new website features a fresh new design and content overhaul that does a wonderful job of showcasing all the amazing things the NHBFA is doing for NH businesses. One big technical upgrade is the addition of an esignature feature for their CAP Loan program. Now banks can get on their website, fill out an online form to help determine if you are qualified for the program and then complete the required information. Upon submission an esignature document is created and sent to both the applying entity and the the NHBFA to countersign. All of this is made possible through the use of the WP eSignature extension, it took a bit of setup, testing and customization but now that it’s in place the application process is faster and more seamless.
Finding Home Farms
Finding Home Farms is a Sugarhouse, an online store and a wholesale line. You can shop for maple syrup, soy candles, home decor and holiday items all year round. This project ended up taking a bit longer than usual but when your products get picked up by WholeFoods it’s understandable how your focus can get redirected. This past November Laura reached out to our team to see if we could get things wrapped up for them and live just before the big Black Friday / Cyber Monday push. Our team pulled together and made it happen, we launched their new website on November 27th just in time for the big holiday push. Early returns on the new WordPress / WooCommerce site have been outstanding, revenue is up 68%, e-commerce conversion rate is up 85% and average order rate is up 42%. We are excited to be continuing our partnership with Finding Home Farms in 2020 for further website enhancements and more comprehensive marketing programs to help them grow their business online.
