FirstTracks launches three new WordPress / WooCommerce e-commerce websites!

It’s been a busy year here at FirstTracks Marketing! As we get ready to hunker down and kill it for our e-commerce clients this holiday season, I wanted to share some exciting e-commerce website launches we recently completed. The FirstTracks Marketing team is always working hard to design and build faster and more user-friendly websites that produce results for our clients. Check out the following three websites we recently launched with some early return details:

Annalee Website Mockup

Annalee Dolls

FirstTracks Marketing has been partnering with Annalee Dolls on its e-commerce efforts since 2015. In that time we have increased Annalee’s annual online sales by 60%. We helped Annalee implement many new systems to its e-commerce website setup. These include a full ERP system integration with the Acctivate system, community reviews integration from Yotpo, full wholesale online order management, and, the latest evolution, a brand new loyalty program powered by SWELL Rewards.

As the site has grown and evolved, it became clear that it was time to redesign and rebuild the WordPress / WooCommerce theme framework. The FirstTracks team worked hard over the first half of 2019 reimagining the website’s components. In June 2019 we relaunched the brand new Annalee Dolls e-commerce website. The new site has been a huge success. It’s delivering faster load times (about 10%), running more efficiently, allowing for less expensive hosting costs (saving Annalee almost $16K), increasing transactions by almost 1,000, and raising revenue by $75K since relaunch. The project was well worth the investment and we are pumped up to crush Q4 and the holiday season this year with Annalee.

Barivana

Barivana is a brand new sister company to one of our other clients, Barilife. Our partners at Barilife wanted to add an educational component to their mainline bariatric supplement and food product lines. Barivana is a fully functional LMS (learning management software) setup. We used WordPress and WooCommerce in conjunction with Learn Dash to build out and design a brand new site that integrates the digital delivery of the educational course content, community features, and manages all user online membership and subscription details.

The new e-commerce website features a complete online course, video exercise library, and access to useful resources to help you on your pre- and post-bariatric surgery journey. This site is built on the Astra WordPress theme framework and uses the Elementor page builder extension. This makes it easy for Barivana to have more creative freedom when building out new page and course content for its users. The site design is wonderful. The purchase process is super simple. The user experience with the course content is top notch. We are excited to work with Barivana on helping the company grow this new online course community.

iChess

We have been supporting iChess with any technical assistance and enhancements needed for their website for just over two years. This past spring we got the opportunity to fully redesign and rebuild the iChess WordPress website theme framework. Given their sales and traffic goals, this was another perfect candidate for the FirstTracks custom WordPress / WooCommerce e-commerce framework we use for all of our mid- to large- scale clients. Our custom WordPress theme framework is incredibly light and flexible. Best of all, it’s easy to maintain and grow with.

The new responsive website we designed and built for iChess is easier to use and faster for the customer to browse and purchase from. In the first month since going live, the year over year use comparison numbers are looking great. Users are up 95% (about 80K). Sessions are up 75% (about 100K). Page views are up 66% (about 140K). Average session duration is up 40% (about 30 sec.). This all adds up to a site that can handle a lot more traffic and hold the interest of potential buyers longer— creating a better chance at converting more sales.
