WooCommerce Agency Growth, Challenges, Workflow and Team Building
A few weeks ago I was asked to do a podcast episode by WooCommerce. As a WooExperts agency we are actively involved in the community and always excited to have opportunities to connect and share about anything WooCommerce related. In this case the connecting and sharing was between myself and fellow agency owner Neil Harner. It was really fun and interesting to get to spend some time sharing some thoughts and insights on what it’s like running our agencies and what that journey has been like for the both of us.
