Philip Antonelli, our senior online marketing strategist, and Kelly Toomey, our online marketing assistant, recently put their skills to the test by taking the Google Partners-Adwords Certification Exam and the Bing Professional Accreditation Test. To no surprise, they both passed with flying colors and FirstTracks is now officially Bing Accredited and a Google Partner!

Google Partners is how Google identifies agencies that are considered trusted business partners to carry out pay-per-click campaigns. To become a Google Partner, at least one member of your team must pass the Adwords Certification Exam. (FirstTracks now has two!) To pass the exam, you must demonstrate proficiency in basic and advanced aspects of Adwords advertising. In addition to letting clients know you are an AdWords expert, Google Partners also get first hand access to goodies such as training, new industry research, and Google AdWords product updates.

Bing Ads Accreditation

To become a Bing Ads Accredited Professional you must demonstrate your knowledge of both the basic and advanced features of Bing Ads by passing an accreditation exam. The exam covers a variety of topics from dynamic text to universal event tracking to campaign optimization. Individuals who receive accreditation are listed in the Bing Ads Directory and receive member’s only updates on new changes to Bing.
