2018 was quite a year for the crew at FirstTracks Marketing!
As we head into our 10th year of operation in 2019, we wanted to share a quick recap of some important moments as well as a preview of what’s to come for our team and our clients in 2019.
Quick 2018 Year in Review
FirstTracks Marketing Relocates
2019 marks the start of the FirstTracks Marketing offices version 5.0. We really enjoyed the past four years at our offices above Margaritas Restaurant in downtown Concord. We will miss the downtown location and 1890’s charm of the third most-haunted building in New Hampshire. That being said, as our clients have grown so have we. Our staff of now-12 hard-working development and marketing experts definitely needed a bit more elbow room. Along with more comfy working spaces, our new location added more recreational areas, free parking, and kitchen space. We look forward to working more with our clients in our new space in 2019. Come on over and visit us at 140 Sheep Davis Road, Pembroke, NH. Our new location is just a short eight-minute drive from our former offices. 🙂
E-commerce Client Sales Growth
Our clients achieved very successful sales growth in 2018. Among our top 10 e-commerce clients (those we built and launched websites for, or manage all or some of their online marketing), we helped them reach an additional $1.5 million in sales in 2018. We’re thrilled to be involved with so many successful and thriving companies. And we look forward to the opportunity to grow and build more for our clients in 2019.

Amazing Website Launches in 2018!
The FirstTracks team added many improvements to our clients’ e-commerce websites in 2018, notably for Annalee Dolls and Hyo Silver western jewelry. We will continue to grow and support these sites in 2019. We also launched a bunch of new properties that have resulted in even more business growth for for these companies. Our development and design skills were put to the test and the FirstTracks Marketing team delivered top quality platforms. Here are a few of our favorites from 2018:
2019 Is Already Off to an Exciting Start!
We enter 2019 with even bigger goals to help our current clients succeed. We also have new projects lined up that we are digging into right now. A lot of long-term strategic planning is happening right now in addition to us settling into our new office space. We have some exciting new website projects in development and some new marketing automation clients coming on board to start the year. We are also planning to release a few WooCommerce extensions to the marketplace.
