Annalee Dolls
FirstTracks Marketing has been partnering with Annalee Dolls on its e-commerce efforts since 2015. In that time we have increased Annalee’s annual online sales by 60%. We helped Annalee implement many new systems to its e-commerce website setup. These include a full ERP system integration with the Acctivate system, community reviews integration from Yotpo, full wholesale online order management, and, the latest evolution, a brand new loyalty program powered by SWELL Rewards.
As the site has grown and evolved, it became clear that it was time to redesign and rebuild the WordPress / WooCommerce theme framework. The FirstTracks team worked hard over the first half of 2019 reimagining the website’s components. In June 2019 we relaunched the brand new Annalee Dolls e-commerce website. The new site has been a huge success. It’s delivering faster load times (about 10%), running more efficiently, allowing for less expensive hosting costs (saving Annalee almost $16K), increasing transactions by almost 1,000, and raising revenue by $75K since relaunch. The project was well worth the investment and we are pumped up to crush Q4 and the holiday season this year with Annalee.
