The Back Story

Weeks Medical Center is a 25 bed critical access hospital located in the northern New Hampshire. FirstTracks has been providing marketing services to the hospital since 2006. Services include, advertising, print design, website development, online marketing, branding and public relations.

The Challenge

This hospital does not have a marketing department. FirstTracks handles all of the hospital’s marketing activities. To achieve this we have immersed ourselves into their world. The healthcare marketing place is in a constant state of change. This change requires us to constantly adapt while communicating the attributes that make this hospital so unique. Like any business, the hospital needs to to be profitable. FirstTracks’ job is to keep the hospital and its providers top-of-mind so patients continue to receive their care close to home.

The Result

We have created a partnership where we are considered part of the Weeks team. Through our programs we have increased traffic to key specialty practices and revenue-generating services. We provide communications plans and tactics through traditional outlets and built an online following that have kept the hospital busy and focused on providing the best care for the community.
